Iranian cyber-attack against US banks? [View all]

Our rock-head Republican here at work just got off the phone with his wife (she's at their home) and announced that "it's all over the news, we're under a cyber-attack by Iran. They're blocking our banking system"
I looked at several web-sites, even Faux News but didn't see any thing like this reported.
Any one heard any thing about this? Where do they get these ideas?
