If there is one thing I can say favorably about Trump, it is that he hasn't started a war (yet).

I was sure that when he got in political trouble, he would use the traditional Republican "dirty little war" to boost his fortunes.

Tom Cotton is a neo-con who thinks America should be using it's military might to rule the world. A very dangerous man.
