they appear to be suggesting that more visible activities, like protests, have more effect, and they have a point there. But my response is that there are meny things one can do to enrich one's life, and breathing is usually not on that list. But, if you don't breathe, nothing else you do will improve your life. Voting, I believe, is like breathing. It's the starting place from which all other political action arises.
But even if it also is the ending place ...
