He's in favor of "Free Enterprise," where corporations can pay whatever they want. I bet if he was asked if there should be a minimum wage, he would also be against a minimum wage, for the same reason.
He's just a corporate tool, be it with women, men, children, pets, or other animals. If a corporation wants to hire someone, they should be able to pay whatever the minimum a person will accept will be. This is one of the reasons why in many urban areas, you see a lot of Central and South Americans working "off the books" for lower than minimum wages. It's more than they would get paid in Guatemala or Mexico, so they take it.
