Both Barr and Rosenstein ran a game on Muller and his investigation and that game
was that Rosenstein limited Muller to just looking @ the Trump Campaign/Russia
connections. Muller did that and brought back 40 indictments but then he ran into
Barr's law that you can not indict a sitting President and then Barr shut down Mueller's
investigation.
