Nothing has changed, really. He's fired people without cause since day one. He's fired anyone who counters his lunacy. He's fired anyone who shows any intellect. He's fired anyone who contradicts his preferred narrative, which changes every four hours.

Just because he's making it official doesn't mean he hasn't already been doing it for four years.
