Its a new tactic, dumbasses. Trump figured the belligerent jackass didn't work out so well in the first debate that he would try something different. It has nothing to do with a new tone.

I swear, Trump is a dumbfuck, but compared to some of these talking heads in the MSM, he looks like Einstein.
