21. I know! I want to try making this with eggplant.

I love that she included garlic in a way that accommodates people, especially kids, who don't like it too strong. (Not me - love the stuff!) You can put in whole cloves and fish them out, or can mince/crush the garlic and leave it in. The recipe was easy and looks yummy. I love it, it's just so real and homey. She didn't have to act. You know she was the kind of mom who really did cook this dish or something like it.

I can't wait for normal people to be in the WH again. Dr. Jill is going to be a wonderful first lady.
