1. the huge problem here. and has been expressed by the courts many times in the past.

is that cases involving election rules need to be resolved before a time when it would impact voting, definitely before voting starts.

the main reason being equal protections. changing rules in the midst of an election absolutely violates equal protection as voters in the same election are having different rules applied.

the courts seem to have just tossed this out for this election.
its the same this that they twisted into a pretzel to justify Bush v Gore.
