39. Even if Schumer were inclined to break and and all of the rules...

...the rules are just procedural. Even if he caused all procedures to break down and fly out the window, all you'd be left with then is raw votes, and on raw votes the Republicans win.

What else do you expect Schumer to do, start punching out Republicans, or stabbing or shooting them until Democrats are in the majority?
