21. Obama/Biden had a GREAT PANDEMIC PLAYBOOK.

Trump threw it away. Laid off the people who ran the department. All of these agencies need to be protected from political traitors.

Citizens United needs to be overturned. We need only Public funding of campaigns. The biggest thing is to childproof the government going forward for sure.
