just about every voter intimidation law in existence on free expression grounds, a sort of Citizens United on steroids to let corporations and superpacs and political hucksters buy elections by bullying voters into submission. These right wing activists would love the opportunity to do that.

Hopefully Biden will reform the courts before this case reaches any stage where appeals come into play.
