Except that SCOTUS just ruled this afternoon that all votes must be counted even if its after Nov. 3.

Wrong. They begin counting mail-in ballots at 8am. A huge chunk will be counted by poll closing time

But the Republican counties aren't going to start counting them until 1100 PM or the next morning
