Do we have an extradition agreement with Russia? I don’t know the answer, but I do know some of these They’re gonna want a safe hideout. They’re not going to want to avoid having to face consequences for what they’ve done and what they’ve enabled.

And we’re going to HAVE TO force consequences in them for the sake of truth and justice, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, to send a message (and a warning) to the future that YOU DO NOT DO THIS SHIT, BECAUSE YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT.
