One of the main reasons why he has these big rallies is to spread the virus as far and wide as possible. He thinks that if he spreads it around enough, the doctors and other responsible people will give up on trying to contain it and there won't be anymore shutdowns. He's hell-bent on this herd immunity bullshit.
