11. Entities that I use to pay bills clearly identify electronic and paper payments

On both my bank and credit union I reviewed all my payees and moved mail payments earlier by five days.

Edit to add:

In both instances they call payments "Online Bill Pay" or similar. They don't call these services "electronic."
