is that we'll probably have to go one party Blue for a few years.

I'm no fan of a one party state, but the "conservatives" have been drifting fascist for a while now and leave us not much choice but to shut them down for a while just so we can get the government moving again. We really do need a solid conservative party to counterbalance things, but all we've been getting is obstructionism and power grabs.
