That's exactly what the GOP has become. The 1% have pushed so far to the extreme right that there is no longer room for logic. The only acceptable platform is hate and total annihilation of every social program.

Luckily, this is becoming a smaller and smaller group here every year in VA. VA is likely to go to Obama, Kaine is running a close race, and some other down ticket races are showing real promise.
