... one person posted a photo showing two Riverside County Sheriff’s Deputies standing near the front of one of two deputy vehicles parked in the median near an entrance to the Temecula CRC.

One deputy appeared to be leaning against the car, hands holding onto the brush guard with the other deputy facing him, apparently engaged in conversation, as participating vehicles lined the street and passed by.
