(probably wearing a Biden/Harris shirt to throw the blame the other direction, at least for a good portion of Election Day itself).
If it's bad and happens early in the day, and is all over the news all day? It provides Mango Mussolini with exactly the sort of excuse he's looking for ... we have to have a do-over because people were too frightened to go to the polls!!1!
