him leave the country. Not out of the question, though I think we have extradition agreements with literally every place he wouldn't consider a shit-hole country, and most of them also should he want his choice.

Of course, there's Russia. Maybe Putin would install him somewhere like Murmansk, far away but still close enough to Moscow to come quickly if called. One thing Russian cities have a lot of is "high-rise" apartments.
