Well, to be honest, we've got way too many people in prison to begin with, rape aside. Private prisons are an enterprise in the country and the court system just feeds them fodder. Male or female, it's still a rape issue. Other prisoners or guards, same thing. I totally agree with you. Too many innocent people are in prison, and even more for possession of pot (which is silly). There's no way for incarcerated rape victims to get justice. It just doesn't happen.

Rape at any level is disgusting.
