29. He didn't attack her

She took his phone because he had pics on it of her smoking a crack pipe. She run into the hallway and pulled the fire alarm after he got it back from her. She claimed he choked her, but tehre were no injuries, and none of the other people in her hoel room, who were her friends, backed her up. Charges were dropped.

Lohan is a well known liar, she lies about everything, and just committed a hit and run last week, where she was charged, lied last week about having walking pneumonia to try and get out of a cameo in Scary Movie 2, and then lied about not having to pay thousands of dollars she charged at the hotel in Atlanta where she was filming for less than two days.

Those of us who read legit celeb gossip sites like celebitchy know who is lying in this scenario. Just like she was caught with coke in her pants a few years ago after a DUI charge (which she didn't go to prison for), and blamed it on the young black man with her.

If we did what she did, we would be in prison. We definitely would have been thrown back in for a probation violation, which she is on for her jewelry store theft last year.

Lindsay Lohan is a sociopath and a career criminal. For real.
