.........that 99% of the time there’s a recount, the Democrat GAINS votes. Al Franken won after a recount erased his opponent’s small lead. And in all the Bush recounts, his opponent gained votes.

When recounts happen, the numbers only change slightly, and almost always in favor of Democrats (which should tell you something ELSE as well—why do we ALWAYS find more votes for Democrats when we start counting more carefully?)
