7. Correction, the rule is not 4' it is 4"

According to the Sherriff a 3.5 x 5 Post Card would be too large for the recall workers to hold. Apparently however the rule only applies to our side, as this link clearly shows the Tea Party held a rally at a Kenosha Park with signs that were much larger than 4" wide and it does not appear the Sherriff enforced the rule on them...
