But according to the PA website
2614635 mail-in, drop off ballots were received
2288277 mail-in, drop off ballots have been counted
There are 326348 remaining to be counted

Biden total votes counted 3157040
Trump total votes counted 3247690

Biden's average ratio is between 72%-66%
Trump's average ratio is between 38%-33%
