No one wants to talk about the fact that in many cases we really don't know if the reported vote counts are accurate.

Where I vote, we fill out a paper ballot. We then hand it to someone at a copy/scanner type machine. It appears to scan the ballot. I have no idea what is actually recorded in that apparent scan. No way of knowing if my selections are correctly entered & counted for the candidates I choose.

And the documentary Hacking Democracy showed that software on electronic voting machines (widely R-owned businesses) is proprietary--therefore secret. And I don't trust Rs not to lie, cheat, steal, and even kill to get what they want.
