cast doubt on the results, attempting to make something up out of whole cloth as a basis for SCOTUS to step in - but there is no basis and the courts, thus far, have been throwing his other suits out. I don't think SCOTUS wants to play a role in yet another Selection. They should want to avoid that at all costs anyway.
