I disagree about it being harder. Biden has longstanding relationships in Congress he can call upon. I imagine some of them want to break the fever too! Will obstruction be their only legacy?

I think there was a sense with Obama that he cut the line. We were ready for him - but the old white male establishment that is the Senate was not, had no vision, thus would not work with him.
