And given the growing tribalism in this country, which reminds me of being in a prison with various shallow-minded gangs, I'm not sure what else to do to broaden the minds of more Americans.

Give everyone special trinkets to make them feel more appreciated? "This is your white-rural award! You're special!" "This is your urban award that others don't get! You're special!"

Kidding, but so many people seem mostly concerned about perceived advantages of the others.
