There's a feature there, Fishing Cone, that's right on the edge of Yellowstone Lake, and the sign says tourists used to cook fish and eggs in it. Before they built the complete boardwalk, you could easily get to it.

So, I understand the temptation, but frankly, chicken boiled in sulphuric hot water sounds disgusting.
