54. AP calls first, then Fox News, then all the others pile on.

That's the way I see it. The others are waiting for Fox News, the "legitamate" outfit in the eyes of the Trumpers to call it. That minimizes chances of violent protests. But Fox isn't going to call it until the AP does, cause Fox needs the cover.

And/or maybe they are all waiting to call 4 states at once, and deliver a knock-out punch to Trump?
