Did you notice how Biden and Harris noticeably flinched when the fireworks started? [View all]

I went back and looked at the recording to double check. For a second their faces were very serious, startled. I imagine they are briefed often on measures to protect their physical safety. Among all the joy, that one startled moment reminded me we have a long way to go to undo the damage to our collective psyche. Thank you, Joe and Kamala, for your bravery as well!
