However, without a mission, without the power of the bully pulpit, his audience will fade. Give his followers "persecution" and they will retain a hateful national voice. Even right-wingers will get tired of the whining in time. Jailed he is a right-wing hero, his worst hell will be to be ignored and laughed at.
