Every nation on earth just loves foreigners coming in, never paying taxes, never contributing anything to the common good, and acting like they own the place, which is the 0.1pct's normal behavior. You'd think there has to be one nation on earth that loves colonialism.

I'm sorry, a billionaires' refuge gets old fast, faster than an old-fashioned, lower-class, refugee camp where sympathy keeps it going. What's happening in Europe is not an exception. Billionaires are going to run out of welcoming places.
