I get what you are saying. I still worry about various aspects.
Mostly I worry about crazed tRumpies murdering vote counters in the street because they are wild cards incited to riot by the Dumpster.
However, 2 things are making ACTUAL court process less helpful for the Don.
1) He won't pony up the money to pay for recount (ie: Wisconsin) so he won't get what an actual recount.
2) The courts are rejecting many of his requests due to lack of any evidence
Now he is selling one of his private helicopters so he COULD resolve #1, but it will probably still show Biden winning that state.
His doctored videos out on social media convince his followers, but in a court of law, they are pathetic fakes easily debunked.
We are deadlocked in the Senate, but in the House we maintain control as of yet. SO... even that might not be the worst thing.
HOWEVER, 279 electors have already pledged, so more likely is they will vote and Dumpster will have to seek to overturn the results after the fact or just keep heckling from the sidelines being a massive pain in Biden's career and a threat to the nation without the restraint of the office.
It still can be pretty bad, but I think the majority of people dealing with the election process would rather work with the actual facts and count the votes as has been done in America for a long time than capitulate to a tyrant having a temper tantrum.
I don't think he has a legal leg to stand on and he knows it. He is trying to put Biden on trial in the court of public opinion and doing that very well for his base. He can STILL be a lot of trouble, but I don't think the legal battle is going well for him at all.
IMHO
