Governor Evers wanted to keep everyone safe, but he's powerless with a Republican dominated gerrymandered legislature and tea bag supreme court.
Illinois is surrounded by states with Republican rule: Wisconsin, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, and Iowa. It's much harder to get our numbers down.
