But I also see the possibility of a Truman redux. Even though HST gained the presidency because of FDR's death, we're facing similar threats. For Truman, it was a two-front world war that was still raging in April 1945, and for Biden it's the twin trouble of a teetering economy and a global pandemic.

Either FDR or HST results would be fine. Without the nukes, of course.
