4. You just do not discuss politics -- most of my family vote republican

When Obama ran they said he'd lock all Christians up in camps. Didn't happen. When he ran again, I think they rehashed the same BS. Didn't happen. I didn't gloat (as much as I wanted to), and I didn't remind them of how foolish their beliefs were. I just went about my business.

Will admit I did tell them no republican would ever be elected president again, and then tRump won, so learned that lesson. I just do not discuss politics or religion for that matter with anyone I know holds the opposite beliefs. It's just a waste of breath. They are certainly not going to change my mind so why should I think I'd change theirs?
