...saying "Please investigate why GSA is unlawfully withholding these funds and prosecute any and all involved for their dereliction of duty as government employees. They are not employed by Donald Trump, they are employed by U.S. taxpayers!!"

The GSA has an obligation now that an apparent president-elect has been determined. Our country is in the midst of fighting a global pandemic and GSA's refusal to release pre-allocated funds is a national security threat. This has the markings of a deliberate act on your behalf, an abdication of your responsibilities under the law, granted through the U.S. Constitution.
