Print a copy of your message and put it some place in your home where you will see it when you are not feeling as well to remind you that things can and do get better. It is so easy to forget that when down in the pit. I know, been there many times. Glad that you have found some meds that are working. Remember that your body's reaction to the meds can change and require adjustment by your doctor. I have called my doctor at 10:00 at night to report a problem. Yeah, I was feeling crummy for days, but it was at night that I realized my meds might be the problem. I've learned to recognize a problem, but never as quickly as I would like. Stay on top of it. Depression is not a character fault. It is a disease, often with biological causes. And always know that you can come to DU for emotional support. So many of us share your experiences.
