7. Stay away from social media, etc

It’s hard, I know. But constantly looking at Twitter, FB, etc is just going to keep you at that level of anxiety.

I’m have “GAD” so I’m one of the most anxious people I know. But as for Trump being able to overturn the election there are too many votes and too many states that would have to overturn the election. NO JUDGE is going to want to start a civil war, and that’s what will happen. MASSIVE riots across the country, stock market crash, utter chaos. It won’t happen.

Try to watch a movie or documentary that will help distract you.

I’ve watched the following during these last few stressful days:

1) Life as a House (Kevin Kline)
2) The Martian (Matt Damon)
3) Roll Red Roll (Netflix documentary about Stuebenville, OH rape and how a blogger took them down).
