Would the SCs so blatantly signal their intent in questioning. It is just like Roberts finding different justification for the last time. No upside in overturning it either then or now.

I bet when the decision comes down assuming one or both of those Senate seats are held will eliminate the ACA funding vehicles that cost rich folks dollars. That is really the only thing they care about.
