It's a powerful summary of the myriad, and incredibly effective ways Republicans are "subtracting" Democratic votes with tactics that, consistently and disproportionately, subtract black votes.

We must fight for every vote because many of those votes are going to be uncounted. This is not doom and gloom. It is the grim reality. Any state we have less than a 5% lead in is stealable.
