20. The state legislators

Nov 2020

aren't going to flip their votes. There's been numerous posts from knowledgeable people, including Laurence Tribe, that explain why it won't happen. The main real danger is that Biden will take office and 30% of the country will go on believing that he stole it. That's the issue we're going to have to deal with.
