If the order is illegal and unconstitutional. All below the 'appointed leadership' have sworn an oath to disobey and reject illegal and unconstitutional orders, and they do not have the support of the military and would face an immediate backlash and blow back within right off the bat.

Especially after what tRUMP has done and said about soldiers and military around the world. The fools don't realize they won't get followers when their leaders make fun of them as mindless props, shit all over them, treat them like personal servants, sacrifice and gut them for their own personal vanity and political goals, lets them take the blame, and has a history of selling out those who supported them.
