telling people to make dietary and lifestyle modifications. It's hard as nails but sometimes you have to do it. And there are a million reasons why it is not doable, but the body doesn't care. You need to find a way or there will be serious consequences. And in this case, the virus doesn't care about those very valid reasons.

I want to be sympathetic but sometimes, there are just no easy choices. And sometimes it is difficult and uncomfortable. But that is life and we dig in deep. When it is a matter of life and death, I think people need to rise up to the occasion. And maybe we need a social infrastructure to help these people out. But the mask mandate should not be compromised bc we don't have a social infrastructure in place to assist all of society. This is how the virus spreads.
