Wyoming has 3 EVs and around 600,000 people. So 1 EV per 200,000 people.
California has 55 EVs and around 40 million people So 1 EV per 727,000 people.
3.64 times the power for Wyoming (and the majority of the micro states (pops wise) are Ruby Red
It is outrageous (as is that Senate ratio, which is beyond madness).
for states with 6 or less EVs
Rethugs 59 all ruby red
Dems 36 (Including DC) and 11 of those could in theory flip red (NH and NV and NE-2) which would make it 70 R to 25 D
