Because she won't discuss the issues, knowing she'll lose big-time if she does. He said Georgians would hear terrible things about him - including the fact that he doesn't like puppies.

After generally connecting with Georgians and telling them he has our back in Washington, the ad closes with Warnock nuzzling a puppy and saying,"oh, by the way, I LOVE puppies".

I think he's going to kick Loeffler's whiny ass all the way through the goalposts.
