(82,383 posts)30. I wonder could it be done without constitutional amendment
to change the number of EVs per state to just be their number of house representatives and subtract the two for the Senate. Then it would at least be proportional to population. Wyoming would only get 1 and CA would get 53 so citizens' votes in the two states would be of equal weight per electoral vote.
There's another idea I read today: or add 50 EVs that just go to the PV winner.
